University admission without a gap year
Czech Institute prepares students for admission to universities in the Czech Republic without losing a year for preparation. After our courses, you will immediately (after grade 11) be able to study at any state university in the Czech Republic for free.
PREPARATION FOR ADMISSION
During grades 10 and 11, we:
prepare students for a certified Czech language exam (levels B1, B2, C1)
prepare students for all entrance exams to universities in the Czech Republic
translate and validate school certificates in the Czech Republic
help with relocation, visa, insurance, accommodation during exams and after enrolling at the university
We also provide comprehensive support in the first year of studying at the university

SUPPORT AND MENTORING

When enrolling in the “University admission without a gap year” program, Czech Institute concludes an agreement with the student obliging to provide quality educational services and full support during the period of study, as well as in the first year at the university.
- vocational guidance (help with choosing a university)
- individual plan of preparing for the exams
- organization and help in preparing for the exams (Czech language + specialized subjects)
- submission of applications to universities
- mock tests before exams
- daily supervision and support
- with universities negotiation
- translations of all documents and validation of the school certificate (can be done remotely)
- submission of all documents to the university
- meeting the student in the Czech Republic and helping them with accommodation in student apartments for the duration of the exams
- assistance with household issues in the Czech Republic (bank account, communication, registration)
- providing health insurance for foreigners
- assistance in obtaining the visa
- supervision during the first year of studying at the university
CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS
When enrolling in the “University admission without a gap year” program, Czech Institute concludes an agreement with the student obliging to provide quality educational services and full support during the period of study, as well as in the first year at the university.
Education and preparing for university admission without a gap year place great responsibility on the applicant and their parents. Thus, Czech Institute admits graduate students to the program after receiving a motivation letter from them, an interview, and a report on school performance (grades).
